Sarah Angold set up her eponymous London design studio in 2010 upon graduation from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Constructed Textiles.  Her passion for sleek avant-garde styling coupled with her desire to make visible the intricate structural engineering behind her pieces has informed the signature aesthetic for which she’s now globally renowned. Her collections routinely collide hyper-modern industrial processes with meticulous hand assembly more commonly associated with artisanal craftsmanship.

Sarah’s voracious interest in all creative disciplines led her to structure Sarah Angold Studio in a highly agile collaborative way.  It’s a design ethos that’s led to all manner of exciting projects from designing concept cars for Toyota in Japan, to lighting installations during her residency at the London Design Museum, to 3D printed and wearable tech consultancy.

Sarah is also passionate about giving back to the industry that she loves, and she regularly teaches on MBA, MA and BA Entrepreneurship, Textiles, Fashion, and Product Design courses across the country and leads innovation workshops for museums and blue chip corporations alike.

Sarah was recently a winner of Vogue Italia’s coveted Vogue Talents award and London’s Hospital Club’s h100 People’s Choice Fashion Award and is stocked internationally.
